  1. Take 2 teaspoon of milk powder add (20 volume strength) hydrogen peroxide to it to make a thick paste. To this paste add few drops of glycerin and apply it to the pigmented patches of the skin. Leave it for 20 minutes and rinse it off later with cold water. This is a very good remedy to lighten the pigmented spots on the skin. After washing the skin if you feel dry then apply a regular moisturizer.
If you have a vitamin E capsule, break it open and add a few drops of castor oil to it. Apply this on the pigmented skin and see the results. Vitamin E helps to decrease the pigmented areas on the skin.
Aloe vera gel or fresh aloe vera juice extracted from an aloe vera leaf when applied on the skin will not only help to deal with skin pigmentation but will also help to improve your skin texture and complexion.
To keep the skin hydrated drink lots of water, fresh fruit juice and fresh vegetable juices. Fresh fruits and vegetables when included in whole and cooked form also proves beneficial to improve the skin complexion.

  2. My tip is to exfoliate to help remove dead skin from your face and allowing newer skin cells to surface.

  3. I know it's been said above but I would still say to always wear your sunscreen especially if you're taking medication that may be making you photosensitive. I think prevention is key!
